Each year we look forward to the Photo & Art Show. This allows us to share our passion for music in an environment filled with beautiful artistic talent.

Lenape Road

Lenape Road plays a mix of music from the American Songbook, Latin styles, pop, fusion, bebop, and more.  When you love to play music and maybe especially when you love to play jazz music, it tends to become a lifelong obsession.

It is difficult to find any other explanation for why seven musicians from a variety of backgrounds and with an eclectic mix of musical experiences including folk, bluegrass, rock, soul, classical and of course jazz would continue to work together to play this extraordinary music.

We could drop some names….after all, the musicians in Lenape Road have played and studied with some of the greatest like Ella Fitzgerald, Coleman Hawkins and Joe Morello. But, it’s not about that, it’s about playing and loving the music, paying it homage even as you improvise with it differently every time you play it. It’s about having fun with the music and letting the audience have fun with it too.
